RFK Jr. already has big plans for FDA, CDC under Trump

RFK Jr., the nephew of the late, great President John F. Kennedy, has some grand ideas for the FDA and CDC should President Trump be re-elected. I tell ya, it's about time we had someone with a strong vision to shake things up in those government agencies.

In a post-election interview on Wednesday, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. revealed some of his plans for a major overhaul of the country’s key health agencies.

An MSNBC reporter asked RFK Jr. whether he will terminate “the top level federal service workers that are currently at" the Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

RFK Jr. is a true advocate for health freedom and believes in empowering individuals to make their own choices. He's not afraid to speak out against mandatory vaccination policies and has been a vocal critic of the CDC's handling of vaccine safety. This fella understands the importance of transparency and accountability in our healthcare system.

Under President Trump's leadership, RFK Jr. envisions a FDA that focuses on its core mission: ensuring drug safety and effectiveness. He wants to put an end to the cozy relationships between pharmaceutical companies and government regulators. It's high time we drain the swamp, my friends, and RFK Jr. is just the man for the job!

As for the CDC, he aims to restore its credibility by prioritizing science over politics. Too often, we've seen the CDC bowing down to special interests and promoting questionable agendas. RFK Jr. will bring much-needed reforms to ensure the CDC's recommendations are based on solid, unbiased research.

CDC bowing down to special interests and promoting questionable agendas

It's no secret that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or the CDC, has strayed from its original mission of protecting public health. Instead, it has become a pawn in the hands of special interest groups pushing their radical agendas. It's downright appalling!

The CDC, under the influence of these interest groups, has been making decisions that prioritize political correctness over sound science. For instance, they've been promoting the idea that gender is a spectrum, which goes against the basic biological facts. It's common sense, isn't it? Men are men, and women are women, plain and simple.

The CDC has been silent on crucial issues like the importance of personal responsibility in healthcare. They seem to be more focused on pushing their agenda rather than educating people on healthy lifestyle choices. It's as if they've forgotten that an individual's actions have consequences for their well-being.

“In some categories,” Kennedy responded. “There are entire departments, like the nutrition departments at FDA, that have to go.”

He said workers in certain departments, including nutrition, are “not doing their job” or “protecting our kids.”

When government agencies start catering to special interests instead of serving the American people, it's a clear sign of bureaucracy gone wild. It's time to bring some common sense back to these institutions and remind them of their duty to the nation. We need to stand up for what's right and ensure that our tax dollars are used to promote truth and freedom, not questionable agendas.

When we see government agencies like the FDA caving in to the demands of special interest groups and advancing agendas that go against common sense and the well-being of our nation? It's high time we had a serious conversation about the integrity and purpose of these institutions.

Kennedy explained that he is confident he could “get the corruption out of the agencies.”

The Food and Drug Administration, an agency tasked with ensuring the safety and efficacy of our medicines and food supply, should be a bastion of scientific rigor and impartiality. However, in recent years, it has become alarmingly clear that the FDA is susceptible to the whispers of lobbyists and the allure of political agendas.

For instance, let's talk about the controversial approval of certain drugs or treatments, where the FDA seems to be more concerned with appeasing certain groups rather than strictly adhering to scientific evidence. When decisions are influenced by anything other than solid research and clinical data, we must question the motives.

The FDA's approach to regulating industries often seems to favor big corporations and lobbyists over the everyday American. Instead of protecting consumers, their actions sometimes lead to higher costs and limited access to vital products.

“President Trump has asked me to reorganize the federal health agencies. The agencies that have a portfolio that affects human health, which is CDC, [National Institutes of Health], FDA, as well as some of the agencies within the United States Department of Agriculture,” Kennedy said.

Kennedy said he was asked by Trump to end corruption and conflicts of interest as well as “measurably reduce chronic disease in our children within two years.”

“I want to be in the position where I’m most effective to end the chronic disease epidemic,” Kennedy continued. “And I’m confident that if I wanted to do HHS secretary, the president would fight like hell to make that happen.”

Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris slammed Kennedy as “someone who has routinely promoted junk science and crazy conspiracy theories.”

She called him the “exact last person in America who should be setting health care policy for America’s families and children.”

Special interests have no place in the decision-making process of our government agencies. It's time to bring back accountability and ensure that the FDA serves the best interests of the American people, not the deep pockets of lobbyists.
